Aspis

An aspis shield is carried in one hand. Wielding an aspis increases your Armor Class by 2. When you use a weapon with Versatile property, you deal its Versatile damage even if you’re wielding it with one hand. You can benefit from only one shield at a time.

Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
