These wooden arrows are pitch black with blood-red fletching.
On a hit, magical darkness spreads from the target for a 5’ radius. Shrieks, gibbering, and mad laughter can be heard within the sphere only.
The target must succeed a Wisdom saving throw of 18 or suffer blindness (cannot see using darkvision, nonmagical light, or light created by spells 8th level or lower) and suffers 8d8 psychic dmg + loss of attack or spell casting abilities [unless inherent casting] until the start of their next turn. The target suffers ½ damage, no blindness or loss of attack and spell casting abilities on a successful save.
