You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.
The shaft of this weapon, which can be extended into a 15ft chain or retracted back to the regular shaft, is made with leather with a dragon tooth as the hilt. The 15ft chain is made of black iron that glows when covered in blood. And the mace part of this weapon looks similar to the Morningstar of Trevor Belmont.
When you hold this weapon with an open wound on your hand (5 hp worth) which has a time of a bonus action to accomplish, critical hits go from double the damage, to triple the damage for 1 minute.
Proficiency with a Morningstar allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
