This Buckler is 2ft by 2ft and comprised of mainly copper alloy; obsidian bolts and trimming on the outer rim. The handle has a leather wrap that is tied to the base shield.
Counter Block.As an action on you’re turn you may hold the shield up to block any magical spell under 5th level being cast upon it. If you have a DEX of 12 or more than you may use this ability as a bonus action or reaction.
Arcana Neutralized. You may throw the shield as an action to deal 1d4 plus 5, and whoever you hit needs to make a wisdom saving throw with a dc of 12 and if they fail they cannot use cantrips or 1st-5th level spells on their next turn. If they try, they cast they take 1d4 magical damage.
Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
