Wondrous Item, artifact (requires attunement)
Description. The Arm of the Thunderstorm Eidolon is a true marvel of legendary craftsmanship, a grand fusion of skymetal and ancient aetheric energy that pulses with the power of the storm. The outer layer of the arm is forged from titanium, polished to a mirror sheen, yet occasionally crackling with arcs of static discharge. Beneath these metal plates, intricate runes are etched in liquid electrum, glowing faintly with a lightning-blue hue. Engraved along the forearm is a spiraling pattern, resembling a thunderstorm in mid-formation. Bolts of lightning move subtly beneath the surface, their flickering energy tracing unpredictable patterns. The fingers, while intricately jointed, end in small points that hum with latent electrical energy, ready to discharge at a moment's notice. At the shoulder joint, the connection point pulsates, as if still connected to some unseen storm, and faint thunderclaps can occasionally be heard by holding one's ear close. The entire arm seems simultaneously grounded, with the weight of an elemental force, and lighter than air, shifting nimbly, almost as though it is aided by the wind itself.
