An Attornato's Stopwatch

This stopwatch looks like it's from the human world. It's older, strong and intricately designed. This item gives the wearer advantage on either a Persuasion or Intimidation roll up to three times per long rest. It's as if the previous wearer worked very hard to become an attorney, hard enough his magic surged into his trusty stopwatch.
