While wearing this black studded leather, you may use an action to cast arms of hadar at a spell level of your choosing up to 6th level or up to half your current level (rounded up), whichever is lower. When you do so, you gain levels of exhaustion equal to the level at which you chose to cast the spell. However, the levels of exhaustion you gain are reduced by half (rounded down) if any creatures in the area of effect drop to 0 hit points.
Curse. Once you don this cursed armor, tendrils of dark energy wrap around your body and doffing the armor becomes impossible. If the armor is targeted by the remove curse spell or similar magic, the armor becomes non-magical studded leather armor. The Armor of Hadar is forever hungry and may force you to activate the arms of hadar spell against your will. Roll a d10 whenever you start your turn within 5 ft of one or more creatures, including allies and other non-hostile creatures. If the number you roll is equal to or less than the number of creatures within 5 ft of you, then you must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or immediately use your action to activate the armor, casting at a spell level of your choosing.
Made from tough but flexible leather, studded leather is reinforced with close-set rivets or spikes.
