The Amulet of the Storm is an ancient, weathered pendant shaped like a jagged storm cloud, crafted from dark, metallic material resembling storm-forged iron, with swirling engravings mimicking twisting winds and lightning strikes. At its center is a cracked opal, faintly shimmering as though it holds the remnants of a storm’s fury. Surrounding the opal are five sockets—two filled with deep blue sapphires, while three remain empty. Faint runes etched along the edges pulse with the energy of an approaching storm, and the rusted chain, resembling twisted waves, remains sturdy, as if forged from the very elements it controls.
1. Storm’s Protection

Once per day, the wearer can use the amulet to cast Fog Cloud (1st level) without expending a spell slot. The fog lasts for up to 1 hour, providing cover and obscuring the wearer and their allies in a 20-foot radius.
2. Shape the Waters

The wearer can use the amulet to cast the Shape Water cantrip, allowing them to manipulate water within a 5-foot cube. They can create simple shapes, move or freeze water, or change its flow for up to 1 hour, providing tactical control in watery environments.
