This amulet is shaped like a small wave and pulses with a gentle light. While wearing it, you gain the following benefits:

• twice per long rest(1 charge) you can cast the Water Walk spell at will, without expending a spell slot or requiring any material components.
• Once per long rest(2 charges) , you can transform into a Medium water elemental for up to 1 minute.
• If you are submerged in water, you can breathe normally and move at your normal speed.
