An Enchantment of Power

This enchantment has seemingly been left behind by the old dominion. These are almost unheard of but some of the most travelled adventures have heard of chambers in which the old dominion would imbue great power into the titans the land once knew. These relics so far forgotten it is unclear how one is to find their way. Activate them at your own peril. For great power comes the possibility of grave consequences.
