This mechanical apparatus of Stunning resembles a mechanical wand, though it is clearly distinct from the more magical vareity.
While holding it, you can use an action to flick a switch, causing a thin blue ray of lightning to streak toward a creature you can see within 30 feet of you. The target must succeed on a DC 18 Constitution saving throw or be paralyzed. During the duration, the faint ray of blue light connects the apparatus and the target. At the end of each of the target's turns, it can repeat the saving throw, ending the effect on itself on a success. Should the creature not succeed a single saving throw, the effect ends after a maximum of ten minutes.
This ability can be used once per Short Rest.
