Angry Mobster's Coat

This item is an "Angry Mobster's Gear" set item. As such, you are considered to be attuned to all "Angry Mobster's Gear" set items you have equipped, if you are Attuned to one of the "Angry Mobster's Gear" set items.

This Coat used to belong to an elder of a village long gone who fought alongside their fellow commoners to preserve their home from monsters of the past. Elder's restless spirit and it's whispers are still heard to those that don the coat, and they will guide you to vengeance against those that desecrated their home.

Whenever you kill or reduce to 0 hp a hostile creature of any creature type other than humanoid while wearing this coat you gain a charge of Delayed Vengeance, spirits of the dead ushering you to avenge them.

When you hit a creature with an attack roll you can expend a charge of Delayed Vengeance to deal 4d8 Necrotic or Cold damage (your choice), healing for half amount of damage dealt.

Delayed Vengeance persists for one minute, at the end of which it dissipates, spirits quelling their macabre. You can have no more than 3 charges of Delayed Vengeance and when you have all 3 you gain immunity to Charmed and Frightened conditions as well as resistance to necrotic and cold damage.
