Amulet of Alchemical Disruption

Cursed. Once equipped this amulet cannot be removed without the help of a Remove Curse spell or similar effect. 

Unpredictable Effects. The wearer of this amulet is immune to the effects of all potions and poisons. Whenever an effect would normally occur the wearer can choose to expend a charge from the amulet to trigger a random effect instead. This effect is determined by the d100 table below:

1-10.  Potion of Healing (Supreme)

11-20.  Potion of Flying

21-30.  Potion of Invulnerability

31-40.  Potion of Speed

41-50.  Potion of Fire Giant Strength

51-60.  Drow Poison (Injury)

61-70.  Crawler Mucus (Contact)

71-80.  Truth Serum (Ingested)

81-90.  Wyvern Poison (Injury)

91-100.  Purple Worm Poison (Injury)
