This finely crafted arrow is tipped with an enchanted shard of magically frozen ice that never melts. The shaft is made of white wood, with intricate frost-like engravings running along its length. As it is nocked and drawn, the arrow emits a chilling aura, and when fired, a thin trail of frost follows its path through the air. Upon impact, the arrow bursts into shards of ice, freezing the wound and spreading cold through the target’s body.
When the Arrow of Ice hits a target, it deals an additional 1d6 cold damage.
On a critical hit, the target’s movement speed is reduced by 10 feet until the end of their next turn, as ice forms around the wound.
