Weapon (club), rare (requires attunement by a Not Genasi)

This twisted scepter of dark metal has two round gemstones that look like eyes on its side, and a large stone at the end of indeterminate shape, as it constantly appears to shift in shape and hue. The stone emits a sickly green glow in a five-foot sphere around its wielder.

This scepter can be used as a club.

Spells. The wielder can use charisma or wisdom for spellcasting ability while casting spells from this staff. While holding this scepter, its wielder is able to use a Magic Action to cast the spells Shillelagh, Druidcraft, and Mind Sliver without the use of components or an arcane focus.

Mental Infliction. This scepter can be used to cast a ritual on a willing or incapacitated creature. This ritual takes ten minutes to cast. Once it is complete, the target forgets up to the past 24 hours.

Lunar Corruption. When the wielder attuned to this staff, melee attacks using this staff have the ability to inflict Lunar corruption (if the target fails a DC 12 Charisma saving throw), described below:

Roll a 1d20, and trigger the effect below:

1-4: The joints in your hand are reversed causing you to drop any item you are holding.

5-8: Your eyes are filled with blood, temporarily blinding you.

9-12: Your tongue becomes a writhing tentacle that you cannot control. Lose the ability to speak and cast spells with verbal components.

13-16: Your stomach swaps places with your heart. Take 1d4 necrotic damage as your arteries fill with acid and your intestines fill with blood.

17-20: You literally have two left feet now! You fall prone and lose the ability to walk.

Unrecognizable phrases are faintly carved into handle of the scepter, long since have they been worn down with age.

These effects last until the end of the target's next turn.

Legacy of the Warden. This scepter can be used to nullify first-level aetheric spells. For aetheric spells above the first level, the caster must roll a charisma saving throw with a DC equal to 16 minus the spell's level.

Proficiency with a Club allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
