This amulet consists of a simple, silver pendant in the shape of a scale, which stands for balance and truth. The stone in the center of the pendant shimmers softly when someone speaks nearby, as if reacting to the purity of the words.

Liar's Debunker: Once per day, the wearer may, focus on the words of a creature. Sense if it is lying (no mind reading).
20% chance (D100) that you perceive the truth in a distorted way (false trust or distrust).

Whisper the Truth: +1 to Charisma rolls (Persuasion) and Charisma (Deception).
20% chance (D100) of unintentionally revealing personal information when using Whisper of Truth.
