Wondrous Item, rare
When you take the Attack Action, you can replace one of your Ranged Weapon attacks with the Arrow of Transposition. When fired, this arrow can travel up to 60ft, teleporting the creature that fired it to the impact location instantaneously. Upon impact, the crystal shatters and this arrow is destroyed.
"The Arrow of Transposition has a small round Crystal at its a head where a faint swirling of magic energy can be seen. Conjuration magic can be sensed upon inspection and it is apparent that this item is infused with Teleportation Magic."
