Weapon (longsword), artifact (requires attunement)

This blade is forged from a single piece of an unknown grey metal. While holding it aloft you can faintly hear the sound of distant thunder.

Otherworldly Magic. This item's power is not reliant on the Weave. As such, all features of this item are unaffected by Dispel Magic, Counterspell, Antimagic Field, and similar effects. You cannot attune to another item with this feature. More of this item's powers become available as you advance in level.

+1 Weapon: You have a +1 to attack and damage rolls with this weapon.

By the power...(Lvl 5+): As an action you can raise the sword aloft and speak the command word, filling you with immense strength. You become Medium size if you are smaller and gain the effects of the Tenser's Transformation spell for 1 minute (no concentration required) or until you end your turn without temporary hit points. This can be used once per session.

We have the power (Lvl 11+): You can now share the sword's power with your loyal steed. When you use "By the power..." you can choose a creature within 30 ft. of you that you have control of that is a beast or is in the shape of a beast (i.e. A mount summmoned by Find Steed, a Ranger's animal companion, a creature summoned by Summon Beast). The creature becomes Large if it is smaller and gains the effects of Tenser's Transformation for as long as you are under it's effects.

Master of the Universe (Lvl 17+): The effects of Tenser's Transformation granted by this weapon now only end after 10 minutes, and you can cast spells while transformed.

Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
