Arcane Censer

As an action you can use a spell slot and cast a spell using the censer. Instead of the normal effects of the spell, you create an cube area with an arcane cloud that lasts until the start of your next turn.

The area is based on the spell slot. Cantrip and 1st is 5 feet, 2nd is 10 feet, 3rd and above is 15.

Anyone entering or starting their turn in this cloud will be affected by the casted spell. If a saving throw is needed, is converted to Con.
