Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement by a creature with an intelligence of at least of 18)
The Astral Compass is a finely crafted instrument, made of gleaming silver and glass, with a needle that constantly shifts, pointing toward the nearest rift between the Material Plane and other planes of existence. It is said that the compass can also lead its wielder to hidden paths across the multiverse, revealing shortcuts through the astral void.
Notes: Proficiency: Survival, creature with an intelligence of at least of 18
