This mysterious pendant’s centerpiece is crafted in the shape of Mystra’s holy symbol. The trader who sold this amulet to Tuffy believed it had been created by an experienced wizard as a means of counteracting some of the negative side effect of old age.
While worn by a Wizard, the wearer gains a +1 to Arcana checks and can cast Detect Magic (1st level) without expending a spell slot.
Additionally, the bearer may invoke the Amulet’s special ability: HELP! I’VE FALLEN AND I CAN’T GET UP in response to external threats or elderly mishaps.
HELP! I’VE FALLEN AND I CAN’T GET UP: Immediately after you take damage (or fall prone) you can use a reaction to teleport up to 30ft to a location you can see. If said attack would’ve knocked you unconscious, you instead teleport successfully with 1 hp.
Once you use this ability, you can’t do so again until you finish a long rest.
