Anchored Earring of Sending

One of two rare wonders that were crafted in the deepest depths of Nessus,  unassuming to anyone but the intended recipient. Sometimes, a voice can be heard in the wearers mind, one that belongs to the owner of the other earring, a Lord whos truth is hidden far from the eyes of anyone, 

Notes: Deafened, If anyone other than the individual, (who was gifted the Earring) attempts to wear it, the earring uncoils and bites them, causing the person to become temporarily Incapacitated and Paralyzed at which point the earring returns to the intended recipient. When the intended wearer is contacted by the one who owns the other earring, they become deafened to all sound except the voice of the person contacting them.
