Wondrous Item, uncommon (requires attunement by a Attunement by spell-caster)

This Armlet is made of Adamantine in the shape of an ornate spider with a red diamond affixed on it's back. The red of the diamond grows dull when not attuned to a wearer.

The Armlet of Sacrifice allows any spell-caster attuned to it to it to cast any prepared spell without using a spell slot; instead, the attuned wearer takes 1d8 necrotic damage per level of the cast spell. This damage is unaffected by resistance, vulnerability, or immunity to necrotic damage and ignores temporary hit points.

The attuned wearer can alternatively choose upon taking damage to store the cast spell within the Armlet of Sacrifice. Only one spell can be stored at a time and any creature in possession of the Armlet of Sacrifice can cast the stored spell, regardless of being attuned or not.

Removal of the Armlet of Sacrifice does not break attunement and the only way to remove the attunement is by either a remove curse spell or being separated from the armlet for 3 days.
