This potion is a magic item created by an Alchemical Adept. As a Bonus Action, anyone can drink or administer it to another creature within 5 feet. The creature that ingests the magical red fluid in this vial regains 2d4 + 2+ the Proficiency Bonus of the creator of said potion at the time of creation in Hit Points.
