Among the followers of a divine entity a select few are given a gift upon the end of their mortal lives. As the devout receive the blessing of heaven and the blasphemous receive condemnation. The select receive the gift of immortality and direct commune with the entity and are granted the title of Angel. The memories of their mortal lives eventually fade over the centuries. Angels are immortal but can be injured and or destroyed by the unholy. Depending on their occupation as a mortal they posses powerful abilities corresponding the the highest available level of said occupation. They can travel freely between planes of existence. They have the polymorph ability allowing them to walk amongst the mortals undetectable. They sometimes spread the blessings of their entity to followers.
