Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement by a Attuned to specific bloodlines)
Once per long rest, if the owner has half their max HP or less, they can turn back time 15 minutes. All companions and their belongings are also transported back. All players and familiars, etc. have the same HP and conditions as before they were taken back in time. If the wearer dies, them and all party members are automatically taken back one hour with the same HP and conditions as before they were taken back in time. The amulet is destroyed after three uses.
