While wearing the amulet, the creature can chose to add +2 to Performance, Intimidation, Slight of Hand and Stealth rolls, with 3 charges per long rest. The creature can also chose to cast "Otto's Irresistible Dance" once per long rest at the expense of a charge.

Charges increase at +1 at 4th level (4 Charges), 10th level (5 Charges), and 16th level (6 Charges).
