Amulet of the Weather

A rough iron band encircles a quartz gem engraved with a thunderbolt. When found, the quarts appears to be hollow, and a liquid can be seen sloshing about inside.

While wearing this amulet, an invisible force diverts falling rain before it hits you, as if it were an invisible umbrella. The amulet can hold up to 3 charges, and regains all charges each time it rains. For each charge, more liquid fills the quartz.

Additionally, when you take when you take acid, cold, fire, lightning, or thunder damage, you may use your reaction to cast the absorb elements spell.
