Weapon (antimatter rifle), legendary

Homebrew

Few of these cannons remain due to the destruction they dealt in ancient wars. It is rumored they weren't initially called Atlas Cannons but renamed as moniker for their potential to alter landscape. Due to its sheer destructive nature, it was warded by ancient artificers to prevent repeating shot from being applied to it.

Magic Weapon:
You have a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.

Pantheon Weapon:
If loaded with Pantheon Ammo, this cannon is able to increase the blast intensity. If a 10 is rolled on any damage die then that dice Explodes and is rolled again and added to the total damage. If the rolled number is a 10, repeat the previous step until a 10 is no longer rolled. Every dice that explodes increases the blast diameter by 5 ft and causes another explosion for the added damage.

Boom Stick: The Atlas Cannon deals 5d10 damage in a 15 ft diameter upon impact.

It’s up to you to decide whether a character has proficiency with a firearm. Characters in most D&D worlds wouldn’t have such proficiency. During their downtime, characters can use the training rules in the Player’s Handbook to acquire proficiency, assuming that they have enough ammunition to keep the weapons working while mastering their use.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.

Notes: Bonus: Magic, Replace Damage Type: Force, Damage, Combat, Range, Two-Handed, Ammunition (Firearms), Reload, Sap
