This item has one charge. Whenever you are about to be downed, you can choose to use this item. If used, instead of getting downed, you are back with 1HP remaining, while the excessive damage gets splashed over equally to all the party members present.

After use, the amulet loses it's magical power, being just a regular amulet that showcases the Spooky Season
