Wondrous Item, common
This carnival favorite bears enchantments that make it unbreakable and keeps it floating within 5 feet of you unless forcibly removed. While holding its string, its shape can change to any creature you desire with a size no larger than Tiny. As an action, you may also magically levitate in the air 20 feet until the end of your next turn, floating gently to the ground when the duration ends if you are still suspended. The balloon can't be used to levitate again until the next dawn.
