While you wear this device, you can use half your swim speed as walking speed. this effect only last for as long as the device is used. once you remove the device, you end the effect.
The device itself is a mechanical set of legs, using gathered water and internal heating strips to move the hydraulics within. making use of various leather straps, it may be attached as a harness or as a belt.
