You can use your reaction to force a creature to make a constitution saving throw of 16, if they fail you halve the movement speed of the creature if it's within 120 ft, if successful no effect, also resistance to cold damage. Can be used twice before the armor begins to culminate the cold restoring at a new dawn, can be used 3 times in cold environment and only takes a long rest to replenish, cannot be used during harsh heat.
Made from tough but flexible leather, studded leather is reinforced with close-set rivets or spikes.
