When found, this tool resembles of a fancy smithy hammer with many illustration of the All-Hammer.
Random Properties of the All-Hammer Tool. The All-Hammer Tool has the following random properties:
- 2 minor beneficial property
- 2 major beneficial property
Magic Weapon. The hammer can be used as a +3 light hammer that deals an extra (2d6) force damage and deals double damage to objects. You also gain the weapon mastery for light hammer while wielding the All-Hammer Tool.
Spellcasting.This item has 6 charges and regains 1d4+2 charges daily at dawn. while holding it, you can use an action to expend 1 or more of its charges to cast one of the following spells from it, with a DC 18: Conjure Barrage (1 charge), Fabricate (1 charge), Stone Shape (1 charge), Creation (2 charges), Move Earth (3 charges), Regenerate (4 charges).
Create Helper. You can expend 2 charges and create a construct that acts as a skilled hireling for 8 hours. Once the 8 hours are completed, it deactivates and becomes an object.
Blessing of the all hammer. While attuned to this item, you gain proficiency in all tools and expertise in arcana. In addition, anything you craft with this item cost half the usual amount and takes half the time to create it.
The Right Tool for Every Job. The hammer can take shape of any set of tools, you can do so as a free action.
Proficiency with a Light Hammer allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Nick. When you make the extra attack of the Light property, you can make it as part of the Attack action instead of as a Bonus Action. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
