It was transformed by Fey-wilds magic into its current form to protect those who chose to defend the realm of the Fey from its adversaries. Legends and legacies of skilled trackers have been woven into the fabric of this cloak, allowing one to draw upon these experiences, ensuring that prey will never escape the wearer's gaze.
Arctic Prowess: While wearing the cloak, you have resistance to cold damage. This feature enables the wearer to traverse frigid terrains without suffering adverse effects. While fighting in an area with cold temperatures, you gain a +1 bonus to your armor class.
Hunter's Focus: At the end of every long rest, you may choose a creature type. You gain the benefits of the ranger feature "Favored Enemy" against the chosen creature type. This benefit lasts until a new creature type is chosen.
