The Amulet of the Shooting Star is a necklace with it's symbol being a shining gold star. The creature attuned to this amulet can cast wish once with this amulet. once the spell is casted the amulet breaks and cannot be used again. To cast the creature must take one uninterrupted day to cast the spell. after the spell is casted the attuned takes [roll]1d100+30[/roll] radiant damage.
