Alteration of the Superior

Altered: Your body has been both magically and biologically invigorated, forever changed and altered by 'The Weave Frayer.' GIven your mutation; you gain the following benefits:

• Superior Body: Your physical anatomy has been irreversibly improved, you gain a +2 bonus to your Strength and Constitution scores, to a maximum of 22. Additionally, you gain a 20ft. bonus to all aquired movement speeds. 
• Superior Defense: Your skin is hardended like steel. After a long rest, choose Bludgeoning, Piercing, or Slashing damage. Until the end of your next long rest, you are resistant to all non-magical damage of that type and its knockback thresholds are doubled.
