Amulet of Arcane Recall

The centerpiece of this amulet is a purified shard of delirium that glows with a faint octarine light when you are not directly looking at it. While you wear this amulet you may use a bonus action to immediately replace one spell in your prepared spell list with another available from your spells known. 

Once you use this feature, you can’t do so again until you finish a long rest or until you expend a number of hit die equal to the spell's level you are attempting to add to your spell list. Additionally, you roll for an Arcane Anomaly.
