At the end of a golden chain hangs a sturdy glass container of what seems to be a unique geode. When holding the amulet one can feel a slight pulse emanating from within the object as a red mist floats to the top of the container. Only those with a heart strong and passionate enough can even attempt to lay the amulet on their neck. Once successfully attuned, it grants the following effects:
Hearty Glow. When attuned and wearing this amulet your Constitution score is 18. It has no effect on you if your Constitution is already 18 or higher without it on.
Blood Stinging Strikes. The amulet has 6 charges, and it regains all expended charges daily at dawn. While wearing this amulet, you gain the following benefits:
- When you hit a creature with a melee weapon attack, you can expend a charge to deal an extra 2d6 necrotic and 2d6 acid damage to the target, and you regain a number of hit points equal to the necrotic damage dealt.
- When a creature you can see damages you, you can expend a charge and use your reaction to make a melee attack against that creature, with advantage on your attack roll.
