Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement by a Must be attuned by a Bard)
This emerald parrot has an intricate design on it. When the command word is spoken the parrot comes to life. The parrot is able to repeat the vocal patterns of the user it is attuned to allowing it to cast spells. When the parrot comes to life it gets 1d6+1 spell slots. Once all the spell slots have been used it reverts back to its statue form. Once the parrot has been used it cannot be used again until the next dawn.
