This blackened metal amulet is a coin-like disc with intricate patterns carved into it that encircle a centralized skull. There are runes and symbols contained in the pattern from an unknown language. The amulet is well worn, indicating it's age, with a greenish blue oxide in the corners of the deepest carvings.
While attuned to it, you have one additional Warlock spell slot, which is the same level as your other ones. Once this spell slot has been used to cast a spell, it can’t be used again until the next dawn.
𝘾𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙚. This item is cursed, and attuning to it extends the curse to you. If your attunement to the item ends, the amulet is destroyed. While you remain cursed, you can’t speak of, mention, or otherwise refer to your patron in any way—even a roundabout one. When you do, you’re immediately stopped and take 1d10 psychic damage, which can’t be reduced in any way.
