Description: This intricately designed amulet is crafted from a shimmering crystal pendant, suspended from a delicate chain. It resonates with raw psionic energy, empowering the wearer’s psionic abilities.
Enchantment Effects:
Psionic Affinity: While wearing this amulet, you gain a +2 bonus to your psionic attack rolls and saving throw DCs.
Telepathic Link: While wearing the amulet, the wearer can establish a telepathic link with another creature within 60 feet. This link allows for silent communication and grants both participants advantage on Insight checks against each other. (Spend psionic die)
Psionic Resilience: The amulet provides advantage on saving throws against effects that would normally disrupt or suppress your psionic abilities.
Psionic Focus: Once per long rest, you can use an action to activate the amulet, entering a state of heightened psionic focus. While in this state, your psionic abilities have their range, area, or duration doubled, and any damage dealt by your psionic abilities is increased by 1d8. The Psionic Energy Die increases at 5th level (d8), 11th level (d10), and 17th level (d12).

(@ lvl 7) Heightened Awareness – The wearer gains a +4 bonus to initiative rolls and can’t be surprised as long as they are conscious.

(@ lvl 11) Mind Barrier – The wearer can create a protective barrier of psionic energy around themselves, granting a +2 bonus to their Armor Class for 1 minute. This ability can be used once per long rest. Bonus Action

(@Lvl 15) True Name Enhancement - As Psionic powers increase they; combined with True Name lineage, grant +4 bonus to DC on utterances.

(@ lvl 17) Psionic Ascendancy – Achieves unparalleled control over their psionic powers. Once per long rest, as an action, the wearer can enter a state of psionic transcendence for up to 1 minute. While in this state, the following effects occur:
*Enhanced Damage: All damage dealt by your psionic abilities is increased by an additional 2d8.
*Mind Over Matter: You can use your reaction to impose disadvantage on an enemy’s attack roll against you. If the attack misses, you can immediately make a single psionic attack against that enemy as part of the same reaction.
*Psionic Surge: Your psionic abilities can now affect any creature within 120 feet, and you can target an additional creature with any single-target psionic ability without expending additional resources.
