Wondrous Item, uncommon
A small animal skull worked into a crude pendant on a rough leather thong. The amulet has been enchanted with 10 charges of Dominate Creature. For an action the holder may expend a charge to cast the spell at 7th level. The user must roll a d10 and take that many hit points worth of damage each time the amulet is used. When the final charge is used, the pendant dissolves into a noxious smoke.
