Description:

When the enchantment is activated the shortbow's form changes as it suddenly and artificially creates an oil-filled cannister-arrow that when it lands at the designated area, it bursts open.

Slick grease covers the ground in a 10ft. square centered on a point within range and turns it into difficult terrain for the duration.
When the effect appears, each creature standing in its area must succeed on a Dexterity Saving Throw (DC-13) or fall Prone. A creature that enters the area or ends its turn there must also succeed a Dexterity Saving Throw (DC-13) or fall Prone.
Proficiency with a Shortbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
