Wondrous Item, very rare
Using the power of an arcane battery, an Arcane Energiser sends pure arcane energy into the user's soul, massively increasing their abilities.
Soul Surge: Once per long rest, (Or as many times as the battery is replaced) the user increases either their Dexterity or Strength score by 5, along with resistance to all attacks (Aside from force damage) for 1 minute.
Arcane Force: While Soul Surge is activated, all attacks deal an additional 15 force damage.
Irresistible bloodlust: While Soul Surge is activated, the user feels no pain, and will attack the last person that damaged them.
