Atlas of Untold Stories

The Atlas of Untold Stories is a rare tome, its leather cover embossed with shifting glyphs that seem to hint at countless narratives. Its pages are blank until a spellcaster attunes to it, after which it begins to resonate with their magic, storing spells like tales waiting to be told.

Spell Archive

The Atlas can store 5 spells from your class's spell list. To store a spell:

• During a long rest, you can spend 1 hour per spell level to inscribe a spell you know or have prepared into the Atlas. This does not consume the spell slot but requires you to meet the level required to cast the spell.

Dynamic Preparation

The Atlas allows you to replace your prepared spells with stored spells:

• As an action, you may replace one prepared spell with a spell stored in the Atlas. This can be done even in the heat of battle or in a moment of need.
• This ability can be used 3 times per day, refreshing at dawn.

This feature grants unprecedented flexibility to adjust your arsenal of magic as the situation demands.

Whispers of Knowledge

While attuned to the Atlas, you gain the following benefits:

• +1 to your spell save DC and spell attack rolls.
• Advantage on Intelligence (Arcana) checks made to understand magical phenomena, identify spells, or interpret magical scripts.

The Atlas seems to whisper suggestions and insights to aid your understanding of magic.

Notes: Bonus: Spell Attacks, Bonus: Spell Save DC, Advantage: Arcana
