Embrazened with a golden symbol of an hourglass set concaved into a silver chain amulet it hums with radiant energy

all gods are dictated by fate in some way, thus only one dedicated to a god and or oath can attune themselves to this. 

the amulet gives the following benefit:

Inevitable Smites- once per turn if you decide to use your divine smite before you hit a creature you gain a bonus to your to hit and your damage modifier equal to your charisma modifier if you then miss this attack it will then give you advantage on your next attack roll
