Bolt Hole Book

This seemingly innocuous, if a bit dog-eared, creased and coffee stained, travel log is in fact a magical transportation device.  

When placed on a bookshelf and tilted back, the bookshelf magically swings wide, revealing a previously non-existent room containing an active teleportation circle.  

• The book can be removed from the shelf and used on any  bookshelf
• The bolt hole book has one charge 
• The bolt hole book can be recharged by leaving it on a bookshelf, surrounded by other books, for 24 continuous hours.  
• Users can teleport to any location within a 1-mile radius of the bookshelf that the bolt hole book has been placed on
  • The teleportation circle operates like the 7th Level Spell, Teleport, but with a 1-mile range and does not use a Spell Slot
