The stone radiates a faint, menacing heat and resonates with the chaotic energy of the Abyss. This artifact is not crafted but forms naturally upon the death of a powerful demon, condensing their raw will and essence into a tangible relic.

• Effect: Upon use, you may target one demon within 60 feet that you can see. The demon must have a Challenge Rating (CR) of 12 or lower.

  • For demons of CR 8 or lower: The demon is immediately and utterly compelled to obey your commands without a saving throw.
  • For demons of CR 9–12: The demon must succeed on a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw or fall completely under your control.

• Duration: The control lasts for 7 days. During this time, your dominion over the demon is absolute—you can issue any command, no matter how suicidal, and the demon will obey without hesitation.

• Limitations: The essence has no effect on demons with a CR higher than 12.
