This is the same amulet that Banksy brought into Barovia, but over the course of your adventures it seems to have... changed. What was once a simple and secret sign of membership in the Cult of the Cloakshadow has changed from its original design (a dagger in a cloak-shaped field) to something slightly more ominous (a red hand holding the dagger appeared after your first dream conversation with the Cloakshadow). Now that you look at it again in good lighting, though, the hand looks more amber in color than red... actually, that is amber! There is now a hand, sculpted out of amber and inlaid into the amulet, holding the grip of the knife in the Cloakshadow's sigil. It's probably fine.
While the bearer is attuned to this amulet, they can use it as their spellcasting focus to gain a +1 to their spell DC. In addition, if the wearer casts a spell while hidden or invisible and uses this amulet as their spellcasting focus, they gain a +1 to hit with any spell attacks.
